Help NSEA and the Whatcom Land Trust as we work to plant native trees and shrubs along the banks of a South Fork Nooksack River tributary stream located in Acme. From Bellingham, head east on WA-542 E/Mt Baker Hwy for about 15 miles, then turn right onto Hwy 9 just outside of Deming. Drive along this road for about 7 miles then turn right on Turkington Rd. Parking is available at Acme Elementary School. Look for the NSEA signs and shuttle. No need to RSVP, just show up, wear sturdy shoes, long pants and weather appropriate clothing.
