Mercy Housing Northwest Eleanor Apartments is new affordable senior housing community in downtown Bellingham. We are working to create a more human world where poverty is alleviated, communities are healthy and all people can develop their full potential.

We provide affordable housing and supportive programs to improve economic status of residents, transform neighborhoods and stabilize lives. Our priority programs are Health and Wellness, Financial Stability, Housing Stability, and Community Participation.
