Please join us for an open Volunteer orientation/training to the Volunteer Chore Program on Friday, March 23rd, from noon to 1 pm. This is an opportunity for anyone interested in volunteering with the Volunteer Chore Program to learn more about the volunteer opportunities available and how to sign-up to volunteer. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
The Volunteer Chore Program serves low-income seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Whatcom County, by helping with essential tasks and providing much needed socialization. Volunteers don't just help them to be independent they oftentimes make a new friend!
