Overview: Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers for KCT programs and events. Maintain a database of volunteers and track participation. Communicate regularly with volunteers, providing updates on opportunities and appreciation for their efforts. Assist in planning and hosting events, such as community tabling events, volunteer recruitment opportunities, and team social gatherings. Work with KCT staff to develop training materials and maintain the alignment of volunteer activities with organizational priorities. Ideal Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in volunteer management, event planning, or community outreach is preferred but not required. Enthusiasm for engaging people in climate action and land stewardship. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Impact:Location: Bellingham, WA (Hybrid or Remote)
