This is a great fit for someone who has an eye for visual design, focusing on improving the way we present our sales floor to make it more interesting and appealing. This need presents a lot of opportunity for creativity and collaboration. Some duties include:
- Check in with different department leads to see if they have needs for signs or labels, follow through on asks
- Utilize Canva for design and planning, making sure the size of the final product is appropriate
- Presenting drafts to department leads for tweaks or approvals
- Print and laminate signage or labels and either handing off the final product to department lead or posting them yourself
- Create concept plans for Store decorating projects and hosting a small group to assist if the project is large enough (after Manager approval)
- Notifying administration/management when supplies for decor follow-through are low
