The Public Facilities District Board's mission is to fund a Regional Center and Cultural District located in downtown Bellingham that will increase economic prosperity and lay a foundation for further public and private investment in our community. Candidates must be current residents of the State of Washington, and have been so for at least three (3) years; must presently live within Bellingham City limits and have done so for at least two (2) years, unless otherwise specified and be a registered voter.
