Office volunteers staff the volunteer desk in the Bellingham at Home office.
Tasks include:
- Answering calls, messages, and emails from members, volunteers and the Bellingham community.
- Scheduling, monitoring and closing assistance requests from members, using our web-based volunteer management program.
- Light office tasks assisting our committees such as, mailing newsletters, packets to potential members or volunteers and other office needs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and a desire to work with inquiries in-person or on the phone.
- Positive, friendly phone demeanor with patience and caring.
- Ability to work on a PC and learn the complexities of the Club Express volunteer management tool (training provided).
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
Shifts:
We have office shifts available in the mornings and afternoons.
A six-month minimum commitment required.
